It’s based around three key elements: Server, Park, and Workspace.
The Server: The Foundation

The Park: The Hub
- What it is: A central hub, gathering and organizing the information and services produced by the Server.
- What it does: It’s where different parts of your business connect.
- Examples: A retail mall, States in a country for a logistics company, or a chain of shops.
The Workspace: The Application
- What it is: What users actually experience – the interface they interact with to get things done.
- What it does: Directs the interaction between the user and the system.
- Example: A security guard reporting its activity, a patient’s access to their medical records, or a customer’s request.
The beauty of this approach is its flexibility. The names – Server, Park, and Workspace – are intentionally open to interpretation. You can adapt them to perfectly match your specific business.
